Welcome to Chelle'J Travels! By booking travel services with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Chelle'J Travels acts as an intermediary between you and various travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

1.Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 100USD per person is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be added to your package.

2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your departure date.

3. Payment Methods: We accept cash, card payments and bank transfers.

4. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time if booking payment is not complete due to supplier increases (fuel surcharges, taxes, etc.). We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

5. Late Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in booking cancellation, penalty feesand loss of deposit.

1. Client Cancellations: Cancellations made by you are subject to applicable fees and supplier cancellation fees may also apply. Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable.

2, Chelle'J Travels Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full/partial refund or alternative travel arrangements will be offered, when possible.

3. Changes: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees from both Chelle'J Travels and suppliers.

4. Supplier Cancellations: Chelle'J Travels is not responsible for supplier cancellations and changes. Supplier terms and conditions will apply.
